Fitness Assessments
Are you interested in finding out more about your current fitness level? At the Powell Wellness Center, an exercise physiologist will conduct a series of cardiovascular, flexibility, and strength and endurance tests to identify your current fitness level and to help you define your health and fitness goals.

• Initial and annual assessment: complimentary with membership
• Additional assessments: $50.00

Personal Training
Whether your fitness goals are to build strength, tone muscles, lose weight, recover from injury or boost your energy, the Powell Wellness Center’s nationally certified personal trainers can put you on the road to total fitness. Your trainer will work with you one-on-one to motivate, support and monitor you during workouts – tracking your progress, checking your technique and advancing you to the next level of fitness. We are dedicated to providing the most effective and rewarding one-on-one training experience.

• Individual Personal Training: $50 per session
• Individual Pilates Reformer Training: $80 per session
• Group Pilates Reformer Training: $120.00 for 10 sessions, $200.00 for 20 sessions

Sport Specific Training
Are you an athlete looking to gain the competitive edge? Sport-Specific Training is designed to help athletes of all ages (10 and up) participating in a variety of sports reach a higher level of strength, speed, agility, quickness, and reaction time and overall conditioning. In addition, the program decreases the risk of injury by promoting improved strength flexibility, muscle balance and form.

Children’s Classes and Activities
Offered throughout the year, children’s activities include:

• GeoKids – group exercise class for ages 6 – 8 years*
• GeoTweens – group exercise class for ages 9 – 12 years*
• Swim Lessons – private and group lessons available
• Holiday parties – for children ages 1 – 10
• Parents Night Out – coming in December 2007
• Birthday Parties – coming in January 2008

All of our children’s activities promote a positive, healthy attitude toward family fitness and exercise.

Family Swim
We invite you to bring your children to visit the TURTTLE™ Pool during the following hours:
- Tuesdays 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
- Fridays 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
- Sundays 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm
Children ages 16 and up may utilize the TURTTLE™ Pool during all hours of operation.

Kid's Corner
Quality childcare for children ages 6 weeks – 12 years is provided in a secure, creative and safe environment. Children may utilize Kid’s Corner up to two hours per visit.
- Per Visit Fee*: $2.00 per visit/first child, $1.00 per visit/each additional child.

* Single Parent and Family Memberships include Kids’ Corner.

Massage
Allow the healing touch of massage to help you improve your overall health and well-being. Our massage services are all designed to provide the ultimate stress-relief experience along with many other benefits.
