- Proper athletic attire is required for all fitness classes.
- It is highly recommended that you wear water shoes for aquatic classes.
- Hydration is essential for a safe & effective workout!!
- It is mandatory that you bring water & a towel to all cycling classes.
- For your safety and the consideration of other members, no admittance
5 minutes after classes have started.
- Cycling, BodyPump™, Geo and Aquatic classes are 1st come/1st serve.
- Reformer classes are fee based and must be scheduled in advance.
- ... And don't forget to have FUN!!!
Below is an overview of the available classes that we offer. Please note that classes are for
ALL LEVELS unless noted otherwise.
- BodyPump™
- The original barbell based class that strengthens and tones the entire body. Burn maximum calories while having a blast
- BodySculpt
- Shape, tone and sculpt your muscles using hand weights, TheraBalls and resistance tubing - a fantastic total body workout!
- BOSU Basics
- Learn the basics of the BOSU dome.
- BOSU Blast
- "Both Sides Up" - The BOSU dome will assist you in balance and coordination while utilizing your core like never before.
- CardioBlast
- A mix of floor aerobics, BOSU, step and/or kickboxing moves all rolled into one class!
- CardioFusion
- An innovative cardio conditioning class combining a blend of Pilates principles with safe, low impact rhythmic moves. This workout is designed to burn calories while building strength.
- Chair Yoga
- A chair based class utilizing Yoga postures to increase flexibility, range of motion, balance and coordination.
- Chi Gong
- Slow, Flowing movements linked together with concentration on breath work. Calm the body and the mind!
- Endurance Ride
- This class is designed to provide moderate intensity throughout the 45-55 minute ride. This is an excellent workout for those new to cycling or students looking to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance without impact to the joints.
- Floor Moves
- Get back to the basics - 45 minutes of floor aerobics followed by adbominal work and stretching.
- Geo Grooves
- Ages 10-Adult! Hip Hop moves, fun dance grooves & easy to learn on the Geo Mat! Requires a ticket.
- GeoKids
- Ages 6-8 only. Fitness can be fun when you utilize the Geo Mats. Your kids will learn fun games, drills and moves on the mat.
- GeoTweens
- Ages 9-12 only. Skills, Drills & Thrills on the Geo Mats! Hip Hop moves, sports-related fun, and games that will utilize the body and the mind!
- Seated Seniors
- A great chair/standing class for Boomers & Beyond.
- Step
- A high intensity cardiovascular workout that includes powerful moves on the step followed by strength training and/or abdominal work
- Tai Chi
- Take the best of mind body exercise to the next level. Learn proper breath and movement technique - go with the flow.
- Weighted Step
- This workout combines intervals of step with light hand weights and strength training using bands, tubing, and/or body bars.
- Yin Yoga
- Long deep stretching poses are done primarily on the floor. Class is suitable for students who have balance issues or lack the strength to stand for any length of time.
- Cycle Basics
- Learn the basics of Indoor Cycling.
- Endurance Ride
- This class is designed to provide moderate intensity throughout the 45-55 minute ride. This is an excellent workout for those looking to increase muscular and cardiovascular endurance without impacting the joints
- Hill Ride
- An excellent ride for building up leg strength and power. 55 minutes of seated and standing climbs with emphasis on controlling cycling cadence and heart rate. INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
- Aqua Sweat
- A challenging water workout. We will utilize noodles, buoyed weights, and webbed gloves to create a high intensity workout that incorporates kickbocking, cycling, and dance movements that will work you like you won't believe. Leave your doubts behind and come sweat in the pool! INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
- Chi H20
- All of the benefits of a traiditional Chi Gong class with all of the rewards of a water based class.
- Liquid Silver
- Another class for Boomers and Beyond!! Get moving in teh wonderful world of water utilizing traditional aquatic equipment to have a safe and effective workout
- Splash Power
- Take your water workout to the next level utilizing the power of water. This is a fantastic interval workout with cardiovascular and resistance training in a fun aquatic environment.
- Water Games
- Think recess...games, drills and lots of laughter make this class on not to be missed!
